This is quite overdue :X

"Berry Belly Slice Of Jelly" (:
Latest craze of Momsie: Jelly Cheesecake
:/ GREAT, why do i hear from a far distance TRANSFATS AND CELLULITE
but all in all, i learnt from the great master and i have a full visual tour just so in case you wanna try this cake out since so many who tried it asked how to make it.
Its YOMMY :D People tried it and gave thumbs up so no fret and worries that i will make your stomach upset.Belly oh Belly, its time for a good treat (:

Ingredients you need :
12 MCTIVITIES :D ( your all-time childhood cookie)

50 grm of Butter (unsalted for healthier choice)
1 tbsp of Gelatine+ 40 grm of water to dissolve
half a can of Blueberry puree (Sliced strawberries or even raspberries, well you could do oreo if you want but replace the jelly with white chocolate instead, oreo+ jelly= :/// )
A pinch of salt
1 block of Philedephia Cream cheese
1/2 tbsp of vanilla essence(opt)
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp of nestle cream
1 pckt Strawberry jelly crystals(mixed with 1/4 hot and 1/4 cold water)

Tortally Jelly crystals which come in strawberry and raspberry flavour (:


First Pound 12 MCTIVITIES, or you could just put all the cookies in to a ziplock bag and use a rolling pin to bash it like how Nigella Lawson always do (:

Then Rub in the Butter with the Cookie Crumbs to create a soft crumble form.( Buttery Bookie Crumble) Work your finger tips !

When all this is done, empty the crumbles into a baking tray make sure you spread the crumbles all over the tray gently.

Then evenly press the crumbles into a crust layer form ensuring there isnt any cracks anywhere. The cookie presser is available at Phoon huat or any baking stores.

You should get something like this .

When your done, set it in the oven to bake till golden brown. Time: 5 mins Oven temp:180 ( may vary)

Then dissolve the gelatine in the hot and cold water (measurements as stated)


Next, Mix the nestle cream, philedephia cream cheese, gelatine, pinch of salt and icing sugar with an electric mixer.










Mix till its a luscious creamy form~





Then spread the creamy mixture onto the crust layer gently to prevent the crust from cracking or sticking out of the tray *important*

then QUICKFREEZE in the freezer for bout 1 and a half hours (:


Jelly Making





mixed 1/4 cup hot and cold water with the jelly crystals wait till it forms a sticky mixture while stirring


Blue berry Puree
Done by pouring it onto a suacepan and heating it up to kill the bacteria in all cann food (: ( Purees gives a warm fuzzy touch to cakes )





When all the puree is spreaded pour the jelly mixture over the puree and place the cake in the fridge to chill for a day (:

voila you have your cheesecake !
